WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS NOT UPDATING?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please contact us if you notice any delays in your shipment.

SOME ITEMS FROM MY ORDER ARE MISSING/DAMAGED!

Upon receipt of your order, you realised that some items are missing/damaged? You should contact us within 3 days from the delivery date. Any claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships please check with us before canceling your order.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at oheyna.designs@gmail.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the courier and tracking number.Depending on the courier and type of shipping chosen, there may be a delay from the time you order ships to obtain the tracking number.
There may also be a delay before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

As most of international orders are shipped from our European/Asian fulfilment center, you may have additional import fees upon delivery.

Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

EUROPEAN UNION*, USA – All orders are exempt of import tax.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Oheyna Design, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

HOW MUCH WILL CUSTOMS CHARGES WILL BE FOR MY COUNTRY?
